Dr. Tige Buchanan DCPractice Owner and Chiropractor
Raised in Lake County, Tige Buchanan started his practice in Leesburg after attending University of Miami and obtaining his graduate degree at Life University in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Buchanan's belief in a holistic approach to medicine has led to the growth of his practice that opened in 2004. In 2014, he expanded his practice to include a variety of traditional medical treatments, along with Hormone Replacement Therapy (BioTE), Stem Cell Therapy and Laser Like Lipo.
Dr. Buchanan serves on the boards of Hospice, the YMCA and Lake Eustis Museum of Art. He makes sure his practice is involved in the community by sponsorships and donations to various local groups. Half of the fees collected for sports physicals are donated to the schools to support athletic departments and sports programs.
His free time is spent with his wife and two daughters traveling or going to the beach. He also enjoys offshore fishing.
Dr. Karlton Kwan DCOur Chiropractor
After getting his bachelor’s degree from School of Applied Physiology and Kinesiology at the University of Florida, Dr. Kwan attended the Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida in Port Orange, FL. The Central Florida native joined the Buchanan Health Center in 2014.
Dr. Kwan’s specializes in chiropractic manual adjustments, extremities adjusting, nutrition and soft tissue manual therapy. He is certified in Applied Kinesiology and the Graston Technique. His interest in chiropractic care stemmed from his youth when he went through a month-long period of severe migraines. After seeing a chiropractor and getting a single adjustment, he experienced relief. From that point he knew what he wanted to do with his life.
Dr. Kwan makes giving back to his community a priority, volunteering through his church, shelters and other organizations. He believes in a multi-disciplinary approach to health and wellness and looks forward to helping you achieve new levels of health and energy.

Deanna Leach APRN MSN ONC
Dr. Deanna Leach was born and raised in Chicago, IL. She attended Rush Prebyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center, also known as Rush Medical College, where she received both Bachelor's Degree in Nursing graduating 1986, and Master's Degree in Nursing graduating 1993, in Chicago. She knew at a young age that she always wanted to be a nurse and continues to have a passion for helping people.
Dr. Leach has over 30 years of experience in orthopedic surgery, out patient and in patient care, for most of her career, she has worked closely with the geriatric population and helped them to manage their degenerative diseases. She chose to work with our team here at Buchanan Health Center, because she believes in our integrated approach to health care, emphasizing wellness and prevention of diseases. She is passionate about regenerative medicine and believes it is the future of healthcare.
Dr. Leach moved to Florida to be closer to her parents. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family, boating, and enjoying nature. She is also passionate about animal rescue and believes that as a society, we should all be responsible for the health and well-being of animals.
