New Location Sept. 2 - Buchanan Health Group

First, we would like to express our gratitude for all of the amazing support you have given us over the last thirteen years!

As our practice continues to grow, so does the need to provide our patients with a higher level of support and service. We are excited to announce our primary location in Leesburg is relocating into a newly renovated 4,000 sq. foot office, and expanding our services to additionally include Medical Care.

In order to better serve you, we are going to develop a “one stop shop” for all your health care needs. 

September 2, 2014, we will start seeing patients at the new location below:
